Collection "Mariposa" - Gilles Touré (Ivorian Designer)

Le Styliste Ivoirien Gilles Touré a donné un défilé lors du concert de Compay Segundo à Abidjan , le 30 Mars dernier à l’Hôtel Ivoire . Je n'aime pas vraiment la Salsa ( Disons que je déteste çà en temps normal) mais ce que ces mecs font c'est du grand Art , j'adore leur musique et j'aurais tout donné pour y aller à ce concert ... Mais bon finalement , çà n'a pas pu être le cas . Cela dit , n'étais-je pas plutôt entrain de parler du défilé de Gilles Touré... Le nom du défilé "Mariposa"(Papillon en Espagnol)  : je trouve que ces vêtements sont exquis , ils font ressembler les filles à des oiseaux de paradis . C'est presque simple avec tout ce blanc , ce tissu fluide , ces drapés ... mais les imprimés floraux avec ces strass brodés par dessus c'est juste trop beau . Je partage avec vous ces photos qu'à bien voulu me passer Louis Berthelot du Studio Modafrica ( l'éclairage n'était pas top top vu que c'était plus pour le concert que pour le défilé mais voilà ! ) , alors , voilà regardez et dites ce que vous en pensez . Ivory Coast Designer Gilles Touré had a Fashion Show titled "Mariposa" (Butterfly in Spanish)  at Compay Segundo's concert here in Abidjan on March 30th at Hotel Ivoire . Im not a big fan of Salsa ( ok let's say I hate it ) but those guys are doing Epic music and I absolutely wanted to go to the concert ... I finally ended up not going (too bad). But anyway, I was talking about Gilles Toure's Fashion Show . It was (of course) a CUBA Inspired Collection with clothes making the girls look like Heaven Creatures : all those white fluid fabrics , pink floral prints , strass embroideries ... One word : HYPE . Here are the clothes , have a look and let me know what you think .
